ST. STEPHEN’S APARTMENT

This spacious apartment is located in a unique spot - the historic Jewish quarter near the former city gates. Built in the first half of the last century, this building stands out with its architecture that has become an inspiration and reference point: blending old and new elements into one complex project. The synergy between different eras can be seen through details such as authentic brick walls or tulip-shaped windows uncovered during reconstruction.

The positioning of the balcony played a significant role in determining the arrangement of functional areas, particularly by dividing the kitchen and living room. This cozy abode boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an independent office space. All this was designed with modern technological advancements and premium materials to ensure maximum comfort within its prime city location. The interior design is dominated by vivid hues which create an ambiance conducive to feel at home.
