The project was named by the opposing Composers’ House. Its Finnish regionalism, evident in the architectural motifs, and tall pine trees surrounding the two-story apartments creates a cozy atmosphere that flows indoors through large windows.
The unconventional floor pattern serves as the focal point in the interior, adding intrigue and natural solidity to the space. A significant feature is the piano, holding sentimental value for the family and passed down through generations. The apartment exudes a 20th-century modernist vibe with a monumental bookshelf, narrow wall paneling, and large lamps. The basement has been transformed into a chill area with a TV corner, sauna, and kitchenette. This three-part zone allows for complete relaxation when needed. Additionally, a private terrace outside provides a perfect spot to enjoy summer evenings.
